The aim of therapy is to increase understanding and awareness, and to
integrate it into everyday life. Whatever problem we experience we feel
fragmented, disconnected and often hopeless and isolated.


Psychotherapy is aimed at personal growth and development. I will guide you along a path of positive change and empowerment, with an aim at recovering your wellbeing and for you to feel calm and serene again


Couple Therapy represents my special interest and one of my areas of expertise. It aims at a deeper connection between the partners, who will then rediscover a fulfilling intimacy; the relationship will be alive, passionate and fun again.

I have extensive experience conducting workplace therapy and I am qualified in providing counselling to entrepreneurs and employees. I offer guidance and advice to employees and students in order to help them being more assertive and improving their communication skills.

Founder and director of the Psychology Practice & Wellbeing Center. I’m a educational psychologist and psychotherapist , with over 8 years of experience of study, research and practice with clients from around the world.

Jenni Glad

I'm a certified hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, life coach and business mentor with 10 years experience in the field. I use a holistic approach to help my international clientele to get clarity and balance on their professional and personal life. For hypnotherapy I specialize in helping clients with various issues and trauma related to fears, self-destructive habits (eating, drinking, smoking, shopping), weight issues, confidence, relationship problems, money blocks, anxiety, and depression.
